Glory Baltazari Kilawe
Glory holds an honors Bachelor Degree of Law from the University of Dar Es Salaam and a Post Graduate training in legal practice at the law school of Tanzania. Glory Baltazari is specialized in gender, women and child rights in Tanzania where she provides counsel and legal representation at the intersection of law, policy and human rights on gender, child protection, environment, natural resources and labour laws. She has been coordinating projects that target women and youths’ economic empowerment, environmental management and natural resources protection providing legal aid to women and children who are victims of violence for the last 7 years.
Glory previously worked with Lawyers Environmental Action Team (LEAT) the organization that target Environmental management and Conservation of Natural Resources in Tanzania and currently she is working with People’s Development Forum as the Program Coordinator and Advocate on economic empowerment (HAKI UCHUMI) and child protection to women, youth and children.
